Our Method
The implementation of Dynamics Business Central can be done quickly and in a short time. It is important to take a structured approach when evaluating a new ERP solution.
Ultimately, the most important success factors are that people can work with the system and that the processes are efficient and the reports are reliable.
1. Getting to know each other and your needs
In the first step, we would like to get to know you. What are the challenges your organization faces and what are its ambitions? What are your expectations of a new system? This way, we get a good picture of the most important points of the project.
2. Fit-Gap analysis
During the fit-gap analysis, we compare your organisation's wishes and business processes with the available functionality in Business Central and possibly our industry app or apps from our partners. This starts with a process analysis so that we have a map of the current processes. These are then placed over existing software to see if and where things are missing. Any findings then lead to an overview of the add-ons to be installed and the necessary adjustments that need to be made in the software or in the process.
3. Agreements and implementation plan
Now that it is clear what needs to be done, we can put it into a plan. What do you as a customer want to do yourself and what can you expect from us? Are we going to implement everything at once or do we opt for a step-by-step implementation? Are there important deadlines that we need to keep an eye on? Based on this, we draw up a project plan and schedule all activities together.
4. Project Preparation
In this phase we put together the project team on both sides. Which consultant and developer will be involved from our side and who will take the lead from your end? Other boundary conditions will be realised before the start of the project if necessary.
5. Project Execution
Now we can really get started! During several workshops we will set up the various processes in Business Central. After the set-up, training for the application managers will follow. They will test the set-up. Perhaps there will be points that need to be solved, but when everything works we can move to acceptance and go-live.
6. Go-Live
Just before Go-Live we will train the employees who will work with the system. On the day itself we want to celebrate the success of the project with you. In addition, we will be there in person if there are any questions.
7. Support and improvement
After the system has been put into use, we remain available in the background for questions. In addition, we would like to come back for some aftercare and optimisation. In the beginning, you are happy that everything is working, but after a while there may be opportunities to improve a few things. We are happy to think along with you about that.
