In this fast-paced world, we know how to separate the wheat from the chaff. Sense from nonsense. What matters to us is whether the software works for you. We use a personal approach that is focused on making the software work for your end users. We believe that software should be quickly deployable and easy to use for everyone in the organisation.

We are an honest and loyal company. We are not afraid to say no if something is not possible or not a good solution. We remain loyal to our customers and employees. We aim for a partnership. Our employees and customers are not numbers and do not receive standard treatment, because that does not work if you want to achieve real results. ERP projects yield a lot for our customers, but it is not without a struggle and is not for the faint of heart. Knowledge, experience and loyalty ensure the result.

HB Software is a team of experienced Business Central professionals. A complementary team: the consultants each have their own specialism and have short lines if needed. Our team is a master of the trade and develops, implements and advises based on experience. That gives our customers peace of mind. Customers trust us with their challenges, because they know that a solution will come.

Our consultants are involved with the customer throughout the entire term, which means that customers are helped quickly and appropriately, even after the initial implementation. After all, the consultant knows exactly how the setup is put together and understands the customer-specific business processes.

Our development

HB Software has always focused on the effectiveness of the software for the customer and the collaboration with the customer. In the 90s we did this mainly by building custom solutions, but around 2010 we switched to our own industry solutions that were used by multiple customers. In recent years, our software has technically and functionally evolved into an out-of-the-box standard solution for the cloud. As a result, we are now a future-proof Microsoft cloud solution partner. Our customers have grown along with us in this process. Most of our customers have less or no customisation anymore and are now switching to the cloud version.

Part of the NBSG

HB Software has been part of the New Business Software Group since 2023. This group consists of companies that employ experts in various Microsoft disciplines. We are all active in our own domain, but we do use each other's expertise. Within the group, we are also active in the field of the Power Platform, Business Central reporting apps and training.
